Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional images made public as part of the current congressional process.
